Why are any of us here anyway?
So Substack is insisting that I write an intro post to explain why I am creating a Substack. Put briefly, this is a good place for me to keep all my thoughts that exist in other places (Youtube, Twitter, Mastodon) and to expand them into a longer format. I had a wordpress blog embedded in my website, but it was outdated and inconvenient to edit. This just seemed easier.
I’ll be talking about a lot of random things here. Really whatever enters my head and strikes me as interesting enough to put down in a longer and more permanent form than my head ramblings. I do not like but may also talk about #TERFs.
